Why is this needed?

Companies are currently wasting their most important assets by not making full use of their employees potential. Not only are they missing out on the chance to save significant amounts of money or time by more efficient processes, they are also demotivating their staff by not following up on their ideas and improvement suggestions on time. Employees often don’t know who to turn to with ideas, have to deal with very complex analog forms and do not receive any feedback for their suggestions  so that they refrain from thinking about potential optimization beyond their job description.

everlean makes it extremely simple for all employees to submit ideas for improvement from anywhere at any time. Transparency is created so that feedback about implementation status is given automatically and best practices are shared. Also management benefit from much easier administration of ideas and suggestions. Employees  can submit ideas bottom-up or management can actively ask for ideas regarding a certain topic (e.g. how to improve safety, how to decrease delays … etc.( by using the campaign feature top down.

How do I get started?

Simply press contact me, and we will send you an individual link for your company. This link has to be shared with all employees that will be included to submit ideas, either via mail , QR code or hyperlink on a shared device. You can always add users and managers to your account, however it is also possible to submit ideas without being logged in – just be opening the link. everlean will also configure your accounts for you so that you have the right teams set up for you. ROI comment

everlean amortizes very quickly as it takes LEAN operational, bottom up or top down. An independent study by the German Institute of Business (Dt. Instutut für Betriebswirtschaft) has calculated that a company can save €894 on average from the implementation of an employee's suggestion - just in the first year after implementation. If you start using everlean e.g. with 60 people, (i.e. 4 Teams) you pay only €4.800 per year, which amortizes after only 6 implemented suggestions from those 60 employees. That is just one suggestion per year from only 10% of all involved employees. If you add more employees, prices for everlean will decrease further per team and those figures become even more favorable for you.
